Quality
Control & Assessment of Services
To ensure
that the very highest standards are maintained throughout
the building and for residents care needs, Betsy Clara has
a system of auditing that maintains a quality assurance.
This is comprehensive and has been devised in accordance
with the National Care Standards and Regulatory Inspection
Body guidelines for self Monitoring.
In addition
to the internal audits that are carried out, the Regional
Manager for the company carries out a detailed report on
the Home and its services, which is then sent to the Commission
for Social Care and Inspection for the records.
Relatives
are given Satisfaction Questionnaires which present the
opportunity to comment on the service being provided.
Complaints
Procedure
Should
a relative or resident feel the need to make a complaint
there is a Complaints Policy in use at Betsy Clara.
Any
user of the service is welcome to address complaints directly
to Betsy Clara's regulatory body who are also able to provide
further information concerning the service that is offered.
