We are delighted to share the news that Integrum Care Group has been recognised with three Silver Awards at the Healthcare Eagles Awards 2026, celebrating excellence, leadership and innovation across the healthcare sector.

The Healthcare Eagles Awards recognise individuals, teams and organisations that demonstrate exceptional dedication, achievement and commitment to delivering outstanding care and support.

This year, Integrum Care Group was honoured in three categories:

• Claire Sherwood received a Silver Award in the Healthcare Leader of the Year category.

• Emily Snaith was awarded Silver for Employee Engagement Excellence.

• The Swanborough Community team received a Silver Award for Team Excellence and Innovation.

These achievements reflect the passion, professionalism and dedication demonstrated across all of our homes and communities every day. They recognise the hard work of colleagues who strive to create positive experiences for residents and families while continually seeking new ways to enhance care, wellbeing and quality of life.

While these awards recognise individual and team achievements, they also highlight the strength of the wider Integrum Care Group family and the shared values that unite our homes. From care teams and hospitality colleagues to maintenance, administration and leadership teams, every member of staff plays an important role in delivering exceptional support to those we care for.
